Broadly speaking, Vee is essentially what you get when you imagine an anthro version of an Eevee. As an anthro, he stands on two feet and is capable of intelligent speech. As an Eevee, his body is covered in lush, thick fur, primarily brown but with some creamy white parts.
What's different? Quite a few parts, enough to make him pretty distinguishable from many Eevee sonas out there. His eyes are green. He has "hair" in the form of unkempt dark brown fur on top of his head. His neck fluff isn't a giant collar like an Eevee; rather, the fuzz extends downward to his chest. His tail is long like a fox, with the tip in the same creamy white color.
He sports some accessories: a collar around his neck (colored red and white like a Pokeball), a belt around his waist (with some empty Pokeballs attached), and a satchel that he always keeps nearby. But otherwise he doesn't usually wear anything. Rarely he may be found wearing a lab coat, to emphasize his researcher nature.
Character and personality
Personality: Inquisitive, being adorable
Occupation/hobby: Pokémon trainer, adventurer/explorer, scholar/researcher
As a projection of myself, Vee has some of my personality, and some of my ideal traits. Vee is inquisitive and likes to explore. Both physically by adventuring to some place, and mentally by asking himself questions and seeking answers to them. For the same reason, Vee is very smart and intellectual, having a vast knowledge at the fields he study. Vee is very cute and adorable, and he loves to show it off. He's pretty shy around strangers though; he usually shows his chipper side around friends.
Vee's love of exploring means he is both an adventurer and a researcher. He tends to do some field work, asking some research questions which he then figures out by exploring out there.
As a Pokémon, he is adept at battling. His "team" usually consists of one Pokémon: himself. (That collar is his own Pokéball, or something like that.) His job of adventuring and researching does give him the advantage in battling prowess. He might get more Pokémon in the future, but it's something for future him to think about.
Forms
Vee's research in the past has allowed him to defy the laws of evolution. He can transform into several of his Eeveelution forms, including back to his Eevee form, at will. Each form has a subtly different personality, including a different name, species (obviously), and sometimes gender, but all of them are Vee.
I haven't fully fleshed out the forms, but here's a list of their names:
Jolteon form: Volt (he/him)
Leafeon form: Vale (he/him)
Glaceon form: Vista (she/her)
Sylveon form: Vega (she/her)
In the past, I used to have separate characters for the separate forms. They would later be merged into just one Vee. However, a few of these lived on in various forms.
Leaf (he/him) is a Leafeon. I brought him as a character into a D&D campaign I was in. He was a sort of player character. Originally he was played by my DM, but when I invited a friend to join into the group, he took up to play Leaf. (Excellently, I'd say!) And now Leaf basically belongs to him.
Yellow (he/him) is an Umbreon. I also brought him into the same campaign as above. This one stayed with my DM.
Glace (she/her) is a Glaceon. Originally I brought her as a character to RP with on FurryMUCK, before Vee was created. I eventually took a hiatus and dropped off for several years, and Vee was created in the meantime. I eventually picked it back up, and decided to port over Vee's Glaceon form — Vista — as Glace. So Glace is both Vee and her own separate character. That's fun.

Sex:: Null (nothing on the front), but otherwise male
Biggest kinks: Being admired and "being art". Includes: nudity, exhibitionism, master/pet, encasement, inanimate TF, etc.
If there's a unifying thing for his kinks, it's being admired. This shows in many ways.
He's a nudist at heart; he doesn't wear anything significant. Even the occasional lab coat is intentionally left open (which defeats the point of it being protection). He's proud of his body, and he shows off all that fluff. It helps that he's a null, which makes him more cute and adorable when doing so.
He's also into being appreciated in many ways. Getting praises makes him blush so much. Being a pet (to a trusted master) fills him with purpose.
Art is meant to be admired, and he too loves "being art". Literally. An artistic exhibit in a museum or somewhere else, whether it's simply nude modeling, being held in stasis, being encased in a resin block, being entombed in a rubber sarcophagus, and so on. If it's to show him off, he loves it.
